Editorial contact and corrections
Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.
Contact for corrections and editorial feedback
Waypoint Notes welcomes corrections, editorial suggestions, and thoughtful questions about content. If you believe an article contains an error, omission, or misleading phrasing, please contact us with a concise note describing the issue, links to the relevant article or passage, and any supporting documentation you can share. We prioritise submissions that include verifiable references or stepwise reproductions of a reported behaviour.
How to reach us
For editorial feedback, corrections, or questions about our coverage, please send an email. Our public contact address is provided so readers and subject‑matter contributors can communicate directly; we do not operate a support desk for individual eSIM or carrier accounts. If you are seeking assistance with an activated service, device activation, billing, or account management, please contact your service provider or device manufacturer — Waypoint Notes does not provide customer support for those matters.
When emailing about a specific issue, include the article title, the URL path or page title, a clear description of the problem, and any documentation or screenshots that illustrate the point. Precise reproduction steps are especially helpful for technical clarifications: list device make/model, operating system version, and the sequence of actions that led to the observed behaviour. This information allows us to evaluate the claim more quickly and, where necessary, test the scenario ourselves.
Email and response expectations
Our contact address is monitored during regular editorial hours. We aim to acknowledge receipt of substantive correction requests and editorial inquiries promptly, but response times vary based on volume and the complexity of the issue. Please note again: we are not an eSIM customer support channel for device provisioning, activation, or plan management — those matters must be handled through the relevant carrier or device manufacturer.
Use [email protected] for general enquiries and editorial feedback. If your message concerns technical verification, include the references and steps described above so our editors can assess and, where appropriate, prioritise an investigation.
Privacy and attachments
When you contact us by email, include only information necessary to describe the editorial issue. Avoid sending passwords, private account details, or other sensitive personal information. If an investigation requires redacted or anonymised logs or screenshots, we will request that material explicitly and provide guidance on redaction. Submissions become part of our editorial correspondence and may be retained in our records for audit and correction tracking.
Other enquiries
For media, licensing, or permission requests, indicate the intended use and any publication details. For suggested topics or contributions, outline the proposed article idea and any relevant expertise. We evaluate contributions on editorial fit and evidence basis, not on commercial relationships. We do not accept native advertisements or paid placements that would influence editorial independence.
